While we are all at home , lets remember what we have learned.


Start with
10 - 15 Sit-ups
5 good Push ups If you need help use a set of stairs 
Make a V with your legs and stretch to the right and left

Remember a walk can be healthy and a jog around the block will help build "endurance"


We would like you to keep a log of all your activities. Took  a walk? Write it down. Did some sit ups? Write it down. When we return we will ask you to show us this journal and you will get extra credit. Write on a calendar, write in a notebook however you want to record how you stayed active.  Look to this page for suggestions. 

You have been sent the Alphabet work out. Start by spelling your name and doing those activities
